I really enjoyed more Vlad and Leila time. These are quickly becoming two of my favorite characters in Ms Frost's world. This story had a nice quick pace and a lot of momentum to keep it interesting. Poor Vlad has yet another traitor in his midst and they go after Leila. Which is unfortunate since she has left Vlad's protection because he stubbornly couldn't admit that he loves her. A kidnapping, a few murder attempts, a little love triangle, torture, and jetting from continent to continent we get a little short lived happiness. This is everything you expect in a relationship with Vlad the impaler aka Dracula, with centuries of collected enemies. The perks are great...super steamy sex and absolute devotion. I love Vlad!
